I am enjoying putting together anniversary playlists…
and getting to think about some loved albums that we will spotlight this year. I am now focusing on the year 2001 and all of the very best albums from an amazing year for music. As these huge records celebrate their twentieth anniversary this year, I hope people who are not familiar with them pick them up and give them a spin. I think 2001 is one of the very best musical years and, as someone who grew up at that time and still in my teens, it was a period of revelation and discovery.
