to look back on the very best albums of this year so far. I know that we are almost through 2025, and I will name my favourite albums in December. However, there have been some remarkable albums released so far and I am keen to combine songs from them. You would have heard most of the albums in the mixtape at the end of this feature. However, there might be some that you have not discovered. I am including a few of the albums that were shortlisted for the Mercury Prize this year.
