The Digital Mixtape
in June, I was keen to compile some of the songs of the summer so far. It has been a wonderful start to summer in terms of incredible tracks. Not necessarily bangers and those that summon up sunshine and energy. Instead, theses are the tracks that have made the biggest mark. The weather is pretty hot and sweaty, and there is a long way to go until we are in autumn. Until then, we can enjoy the sun at least (even if the heat is too much!). From Pop legends of today to some newer artists that you might not be aware of, I wanted to assemble a selection of this summer’s defining tracks. Whatever you think of the summer weather, there is no denying the fact the music has been incredible.
