an exaggeration to say that most people are glad to see the end of summer. It has been a summer of droughts, heatwaves and uncomfortable days. I have never looked more forward to autumn ever. I hope that we are in for a cooler and wetter season. One where we get plenty of rain and the warmest days stays cool enough. In the Northern Hemisphere, 31st August is when meteorological summer ends, while astronomical summer ends with the autumnal equinox on 23rd September. We have a little way to go, but I hope we look back in a month or two with plenty of rain and cooler days. Relief that we have got through summer! However, I wanted to put out a mixtape that is lie an end to summer. I will do another one with autumnal songs very soon. This one is the last gasp of summer. A mixture of summer chillout classics and tunes. As awful as this intense summer has been, we have had some days that have not been mega-hot and have been quite nice.
